This painting looks tridimensional and has a lot of heavy textures
PUSHED BODY presents oversized flowing forms spanning the entire canvas, movement suggested through curved knife marks, rendered at an exaggerated scale that fills the canvas.
Thick palette knife strokes build ridges, edges, and layered surfaces that give the paint a sculptural quality.
The composition balances raw energy with controlled structure.

Across its crowded field, Pushed Body turns pressure into a language of motion and release. Broad forms seem to press against one another without settling into a single direction, making the work feel suspended between expansion and resistance. The pale central passage offers a momentary opening, though the surrounding color quickly gathers around it again. This is abstraction as a bodily sensation rather than a depicted scene - immediate, unruly, and carefully held together.
The darker sweeps along the lower and right edges deepen that tension, suggesting weight beneath the brighter surges above. Yet the composition never becomes oppressive; coral, yellow, turquoise, and blush keep finding their way through the density. Its energy feels less like an event than an inner movement that keeps changing shape, leaving the viewer alert to where force becomes flow.
