LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY

 

When you buy a painting on afremov.com you get a lifetime exchange policy . You can change the painting whenever you want for another one . You can have a painting in your home for a year, get tired of it and chnage it for another one.  Leonid Afremov believes that keeping things fresh can bring more joy to your home and change of a mood or scenery is very import for healthier mind. Not many people can afford changing their decor often. Leonid Afremov is giving you an opportunity to  make upgrades without involving heavy costs.

 

Here are the terms and conditions of this policy

 

All orders of paintings on afremov.com starting July 20th 2019 qualify for the Lifetime exchnage policy. Starting order number 29213.  Previous orders do not qualify.

You must be of possession of the sale receipt or the certificate of authenticity that has the order number inside.

 

If you buy a painting  from second hands but it has the correct certificate, it qualifies as well.

You must cover the shipping fees to us and back from us to arrange this exchnage.

Stretching frames do not participate. Only canvas paintings.  You can return the painting without the stretching frames to save on shipping fees.

 

If you wish stretching on the new painting, you need to pay the corresponding frees.  Basic exchnage covers the new painting sent in a tube.

The paintings are valued based on their size and kind. An original can be changed only for original and recreation for recreation.   You may select painting of the same size or smaller without extra cost . If you wish a larger painting than the one you changing, extra fees may apply.

The painting must be in a decent condition without damage to be accepted back .

 

Here are instructions on how to perform a lifetime exchnage

 

1 - send us an email to exchange@afremov.com  with the picture of the painting   you wish to change and certificate of authenticity . Please include the details on the new painting you wish to have.

 

2 - We will review the request and provide a quotation by email of shipping and processing fees involving the exchange.

 

3 - After covering the fees, we will give you a return label to send the painting back and give you an order number for a new painting on afremov.com . The new painting is elaborated as a new order.

 

4 - We do not cover cost of packing. You must use the original packing materials of the delivered package or consult us  before asuming that we will cover the cost of packing. There are free packing options with UPS and Fedex that are given to our accounts.

 

 

5 -  After you get the new painting, please share about this  experience on social media.

 

the costs involving such change are much minor than buying new  paintings and  saves you going through the hassle of trying sell your paintings. The price of the paintings only goes up. t Your painting serves as investment as it does not looses its value and changes a piece por piece without importance of inflation and price hikes.

There are maximum of 4 exchanges you can perform per one calendar year for one order number.
