Across a pale field of restraint, Bold Field gathers color into a charged structure where order never fully contains movement. The central band feels assembled through interruption: orange, pink, yellow, and turquoise press against dark divisions, as though distinct impulses are negotiating their place within a single thought. Its exaggerated scale gives that negotiation an immediate, enveloping force.
The overlapping blocks resist a fixed reading. They can suggest architecture without becoming a place, or fragments of language before they settle into meaning.
