Obviously, here we have disagreements and discrepancies between what is depicted in the painting and its name – Latin Twist. What do we really see? A charming South American dancer dressed in clothes classical for tango dancers – a bright red dress with a lush hem. She twisted in a passionate dance, twisting around herself all the paints of the canvas – red shades mix with a blue background and there are also brown shades.

The light background of the canvas is reflected on the dress, highlighting it, thereby giving it an orange color.
