INTERLACED TACTILE THREAD draws from yarn aesthetics, focusing on texture, rhythm, and spatial balance rather than literal narrative.
Palette knife strokes build a physical surface where paint thickness and scraping guide the eye across the composition.

Across its interwoven field, Interlaced Tactile Thread turns connection into a restless visual rhythm. Curved bands gather, cross, and redirect one another, suggesting a pattern that is continually being formed rather than completed. The saturated shifts from pink and lavender to teal, orange, yellow, and purple give the movement a buoyant energy, while the composition’s fullness makes every passage feel closely bound to the next.
The dark openings between the looping forms introduce a counterpoint to that abundance. They read less as empty spaces than as pauses - brief intervals where the eye can recover before being drawn onward through another turn. The work holds tension between order and exuberance, inviting attention to the way repetition can generate both structure and surprise.
Its rhythm is not mechanical; each curve seems to carry its own pace, widening, narrowing, and folding into the surrounding flow. A small pale mark near the lower right offers a discreet human trace without resolving the abstraction. What remains is an image of relation in motion, where balance emerges through continual adjustment rather than stillness.
