I would like to present my hand painted oil on canvas painting (recreation) of the artwork ENIGMA OF THE NIGHT. I made this piece with the same amount of soul and emotion just like the first original painting. This piece is created with oil paint on artistic canvas using my unique technique of a palette knife. The artwork has texture, you can feel the strokes by touching the painting. By purchasing on this site, you are buying directly from the artist Leonid Afremov. I guarantee your satisfaction and the best customer experience.

The certificate of authenticity will include the name of the owner who purchased the piece of artwork. The certificate is signed by Leonid Afremov. If you buying this painting as a gift, please provide us the name of the gift recipient for the certificate. We can also ship to the address of the recipient of your gift.

Double mystery

Fine art link is able to produce magic and fill our world with its radiance. This magnificent cityscape by Leonid Afremov looks especially magical, for everyone feels impressed by it. Why does the canvas produce such an effect?

1.            This canvas depicts a night city, which itself is a certain mystery.

2.            Leonid Afremov’s style, being perfect and truly unique, doubles this mystery.

Leonid Afremov’s style

Leonid Afremov’s refined style is so perfect that the very lines produced by the master are quite enough to impress us. It is boring when we have to look at paintings that are so similar to reality that you never know whether it is a piece of fine art, photography or something else. Leonid Afremov’s style is connected with reality but differs from it, so that our both needs to enjoy art and see reality behind it are satisfied. This excellent example of contemporary art by the master too affords us such an opportunity.

Stones and shadows

The restless sky is unable to choose its own colour and has to combine violet, red, yellow and blue tints on its emotional surface. The sun has already hidden itself behind the invisible horizon, though its weak beams are still able to caress the tender clouds with the help of the moon that is peeping out from behind the exquisite roof of some ancient building. It is raining, and the green leafage is heavy with cool raindrops and the warm light of the lampposts painting its leaves reddish. The even mirror of the dark asphalt is also reddish under their light unable to warm the cold ground. Several people are seen in darkness, with their umbrellas protecting them from the rain. They seem to be motionless, for no part of their bodies betrays their going down the street. Every window of the ancient buildings contains an enigma inside that you will never discover, and alike are these motionless people you have happened to meet here in the autumn darkness full of mysteries you are not allowed to know.

Buy this charming painting by Leonid Afremov and let you plunge into the magnetic magic of the night city.

My 3 paintings arrived this week and they are by far the BEST birthday gift my husband Joe has ever given me! I hung one painting," Light Snow" at the bottom of our stairs so that every morning as I begin my day I see it and I can't hold back my smile!! The other two"Night Sparks" and "Sailing Away" are both also hanging in prominent spots in our home so that they bring joy to our visitors as well as us!! Thank you so much for the gift of your amazing talent.

I've just receaved my wonderful Afremov! No words could describe it :) Delivery has been slower than I expected because of a missing VALID TAX ID or DEFERMENT NUMBER (strictly required for international delivery) but, after I added this info, UPS has been real fast (3-4 working days). Just another detail: I missed internation delivery policy, where is specified 50 bucks added to price. No probl, as I receaved a rolled painting instead of a streched one (plus 25 $ for "register today" offer, total 50$). Chat assistence was perfect, such as mail. Very nice job everyone!!

Last week I received my painting Rain's Rustle and it is already proudly hanging in my living room. Even though it is a bit darker that the original, I still love the beautiful and vibrant colours. Thank you for your art!
