Between enclosing cliffs and an opening sky, Drifting Line makes emergence feel less like an event than a measure of distance. The dark form at the center remains partly withheld, its presence carried outward through widening ripples. What surfaces here is not spectacle, but a brief disturbance in a vast, watchful stillness.
The narrow waterway draws the eye toward pale light, while the surrounding cliffs keep that promise from becoming an easy escape.
