Across its shadowed arrangement of blocks and interruptions, Dark Form turns the still life into a meditation on presence withheld and presence revealed. The work’s reference to Man Ray emerges less as quotation than as a shift in perception, where familiar forms become charged, uncertain, and slightly estranged. A warm circular glow, partly hidden behind the central structure, gives this suspended scene its sense of inward pressure.
The geometric panels suggest an order that is never fully settled.
