CRUSHED BALANCE - FRAMED

Across a dark, wavering field, Crushed Balance holds its tension between suspension and consequence. The angular forms seem briefly released from gravity, yet their broken counterparts below suggest that nothing remains wholly detached. This is an image of instability made contemplative, where balance feels less like stillness than a condition constantly renegotiated.

The central form gathers opposing impulses without resolving them. Cool blues and violets meet rust, ochre, and pale light, creating the sense of pressures held in close proximity. Rather than offering a fixed emblem, the arrangement allows each shape to feel like a fragment of a larger order that has shifted but not disappeared.

Beneath the hovering forms, the water-like field interrupts their apparent freedom. Reflections spread and fracture instead of faithfully returning what is above, turning the lower portion into a second, less certain register.
