I would like to present my hand painted oil on canvas painting (recreation) of the artwork BRIDGE OF INCEPTION. I made this piece with the same amount of soul and emotion just like the first original painting. This piece is created with oil paint on artistic canvas using my unique technique of a palette knife. The artwork has texture, you can feel the strokes by touching the painting. By purchasing on this site, you are buying directly from the artist Leonid Afremov. I guarantee your satisfaction and the best customer experience.

The certificate of authenticity will include the name of the owner who purchased the piece of artwork. The certificate is signed by Leonid Afremov. If you buying this painting as a gift, please provide us the name of the gift recipient for the certificate. We can also ship to the address of the recipient of your gift.

about this painting:

It’s hard to take the first step

Bridge of Inception (30x24 original oil painting)

Leonid Afremov is a very talented artist representing the style of Impressionism. However, many people love his art pieces not only for their beauty but for their deep philosophical meaning. In almost each of his paintings he tries to share something very important with us and sometimes even motivate or inspire us to do something good either for ourselves or for the world around. This beautiful art piece 30x24 called Bridge of Inception is one of them. What do you think of when you look at it? What do you think the artiste wanted to tell us with it? The main thought behind this wonderful piece is how difficult it might be sometimes to take a first step towards your dream and how wonderful the result that’s waiting for you on the other side of the bridge could be.

The pain of beginning

No matter how genius your idea is, or how noble your goal is, or even if you have a special formula of success- they all are nothing unless you take a first step and start something! For most people it’s the most difficult part in life, and for other people the completion of the project is quite hard. Let’s try to figure out why it is difficult to take a first step and follow it in order to achieve your goal and make your dream come true. So let’s what the main reasons are.

Don’t blame a political party that rule the country, or a neighbor upstairs who keeps making noise and doesn’t let you concentrate, or any other external factor that stops you from beginning something.  Only our own brain stops us from taking that most important first step. And let’s see why:

  • Passivity of thinking.

It’s about leaving your so-called comfort zone, when it’s much easier to leave everything the way it is than changing or trying something new.

  • Fear of much work or big goals.
  • Impatience, “I want results now and not tomorrow”.
  • Bad time management and lack of self-discipline.
  • Syndrome of never-ending research.

It’s when we spend too much time and pay too much attention to every tiny detail and want to know more and more information and, as a result, we don’t have enough time to implement all of that information.

  • Inattentiveness.
  • Fearofsuccess

And yet again it’s about leaving your comfort zone.

  • Fatigueandexhaustion.

Now when you know the main reasons of why it’s sometimes hard for us to start something new you’ll set all of your fears asideand leave your comfort zone? This wonderful 30x24 painting Bridge of Inception (75cm x 60 cm) will help to motivate and inspire you for the new beginnings!

I've just received two of your paintings (Farewell to Anger & The Loneliness of Autumn) as a birthday gift from my wonderful husband. This is the absolute best gift I've ever received. Your art is my favorite art of all time. I even have a board of your paintings on Pinterest. In fact, my Facebook cover and profile pictures are your beautiful artwork. Thank you for all the incredible work that you do.

We love Leonid's art! We have five on our walls now, and are always tempted for more... they look even better in person!
