At the edge of shared silence, Bound Interval turns companionship toward the unknown, holding two figures together as they face a widening horizon. Their joined hands become the work’s emotional center - not a declaration, but a steady acknowledgment that whatever lies ahead is being met in company. The surrounding light gives this encounter a dreamlike suspension, poised between arrival and departure.
Seen from behind, the pair remains unreadable, and that withheld expression keeps the moment open. Their dark silhouettes suggest closeness without claiming certainty about its cause, while the warm glow between sky and distance lends their stillness a gentle gravity. The scene feels less like a destination than a pause in which attention has narrowed to the person beside you.
Below them, broken reflections draw the figures and the horizon into a less stable echo, as though the world cannot hold the moment in a single form. Cooler tones gather away from the central radiance, deepening the sense of distance without undoing the intimacy at its core. What remains is a shared orientation - two separate presences made briefly inseparable by where they choose to look together.
