Return and Exchange Policy

All returns from the USA must be sent to our agent in Florida and all international returns to our offices in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Please contact us before making a return. we will provide you with the current address. Please do not use the return address on the box. 

 Customer satisfaction is our main goal. We will work with you to resolve any issue related to your order. We will do anything in our power to make you a happy customer and maintain your loyalty, regardless of what the situation is. Every situation, return or exchange will be handled on individual basis. However, we do have certain rules and guidelines for returns and exchanges.

· Returns  for refund are accepted only if you contact us and ship the artworks back within 30 days from the delivery date.

· Exchanges are accepted only if you contact us and ship theartworks back within 30 days from the delivery date.

· In case of a return, we provide a full refund

· We do not cover cost of packing. You must use the original packing materials of the delivered package or consult us  before asuming that we will cover the cost of packing. There are free packing options with UPS and Fedex that are given to our accounts.

· The money back can be provided back to your credit card or paypal account. We can also give you credit towards future purchases upon request instead of a refund. We do not do refunds by bank transfers unless you used such transfer to pay. 

· You can exchange the painting for something else of the same value, if the desired painting is more expensive, you must pay the difference

· orders of over $5000 per transaction  , require a 15% restocking fee if returned for refund with no reson ,  Orders under $5000  are returned in full without restocking fees. 

· We will pay the cost of the return shipping only if the order is less than 30 days old, if the order is older it qualifies for the lifetime exchange and the custom must cover all shipping fees involved.  We give prepaid return labels only with our UPS or Fedex accounts, we will not refund shipping of you decide to send the painting by your own account.  

· If your order was shipped incomplete by mistake, please contact us and we will send the missing paintings ASAP. Sometimes paintings are sent in parts for safer transit.

· If you order a custom made painting or a comission, you must preaprove it before shipping.  Returns of comissions are accepted only of nutral theme paintings like city, sea, flowers, park and etc. Custom made paintings of portriats and specific people cannot be returned . If you are not happy with such order, we will refund part of the payment

· If your painting arrived damaged, please contact us, we will send you a replacement free of charge and provide compensation gift. All packages by DHL and UPS are insured for the declared value or $100,


*We have the right to cancel any promotional transaction and return the full payment to the buyer without explanation*


Undelivered Package:


In case if the package comes back undelivered due to the following reasons: Not being at home, refusing to pay import duties, refusing to do customs clearance or just refusing the shipment; you will be charged the shipping fees we paid to the delivery company  and return shipping fees as well as any import duties imposed on us with this return. In case of a refund request, all these fees will be deducted  . If you request repeated shipment after undelivered package, you will be charged repeat shipping fees that vary from $15 to $100 depending on the size of package and final destination. 

If you send your paintings back for porpuse of refund, any import duties imposed on us will be deducted from the refund.  



all fees  mentioned above before being deducted will be backed up with invoices and bills from customs and shipping companies
