The book of nature

Our ancestors were sure that nature is a living and thinking being, just like us. In their understanding, trees, stones and rivers were just a picture frame for the hidden meaning of things. And although nobody has ever seen a mermaid bathing out in the open or an elf fluttering in the foliage, scientists have proven that natural elements indeed have an ability to accumulate knowledge:
