I would like to present my hand painted oil on canvas painting (recreation) of the artwork THE SEASON OF ORANGE LEAFS. I made this piece with the same amount of soul and emotion just like the first original painting. This piece is created with oil paint on artistic canvas using my unique technique of a palette knife. The artwork has texture, you can feel the strokes by touching the painting. By purchasing on this site, you are buying directly from the artist Leonid Afremov. I guarantee your satisfaction and the best customer experience.

The certificate of authenticity will include the name of the owner who purchased the piece of artwork. The certificate is signed by Leonid Afremov. If you buying this painting as a gift, please provide us the name of the gift recipient for the certificate. We can also ship to the address of the recipient of your gift.

about this painting:

The Season of Orange Leafs

The autumn fest

It seems to us that the people living in the Northern Hemisphere are very lucky – they have the opportunity to experience four seasons of the year and among which autumn is probably the most beautiful. After all, in any other season, you will not find such a great number of colors in nature. It seems that nature itself calms us and compensates with its beauty the bad weather. Judge for yourself –at the very beginning of autumn, when it is still warm in the appearance of trees, there is nothing particularly interesting – they are still green as in summer, however, as soon as it starts to get a little cold in nature, all new paints begin to appear, the season of orange leafs begins – first there are few of them and if you look at forest from a distance then you can see some yellow spots. But it is worth waiting a week or two and these spots turn into whole yellow oceans, moreover new colors are added – red, orange, brown, purple and even pink.

Traveling around the beauty

Do not think that autumn is the same everywhere. Of course, we mean only the autumn in those places where it really can be called autumn, where you can see it all in all its glory with all the attributes -  yellow leafs, coolness and autumn harvest. Let's see how autumn looks in different parts of our globe:

  1. Vancouver, Canada. “Indian summer” – so Canadians themselves call the period of autumn from the end of September to the end of November. It is at this time of year when the vast forests of this beautiful country are painted with incredible colors.
  2. Kyoto, Japan. It is worth going to Japan not only in spring during the flowering of sakura. Autumnal Kyoto is incredibly beautiful: you will take thousands of photos with views of temples and other local shrines against the backdrop of fading nature.
  3. Bavaria, Germany. Here everything exudes peace and tranquility, and you even want to move as quietly as possible so that your steps don’t destroy the total harmony.

Well, of course, such a picture outside the window cannot but attract, but unfortunately the people living in the cities cannot go to a real forest and therefore have to be content with parks, but here they can find a real festival of colors such as that depicted in the painting by Leonid Afremov.
