Lonely Park

Only Leonid Afremov can depict autumn in such shades that we do not associate with this time of year creating his painting from imagination, although here we find quite classic autumn shades. The main difference from the rest of the artist’s autumn paintings is the absence of purple color. As we have already said, here we find only real autumn colors– yellow, green, orange and brown and quite much green. This also distinguishes this imagination painting from many other artist’s autumn paintings. The whole park is as if divided into two parts. The first part, which is in the foreground, is the autumn part. On it we see an image of 2 yellow trees. Their leaves are painted in yellow and orange. And under them is a dense carpet of leaves that is depicted in yellow orange and brown colors. The second part can be called summer because on it we see many more green trees. Their colors are so juicy. In the distance, where the park alley goes, we see a silvery haze. Gentle fog fills the space between the trees, painting the trunks white. Thus, the artist creates a truly fabulous atmosphere.
