A sad story
This particular painting is not like any other pieces created by Leonid Afremov. This Last Kiss original painting has a different mood, different colors, and a slightly different technique. The style of this artwork is still the same- he hand-painted it with a brush, instead of using his famous palette knife technique. This gives the painting a softer look; it’s not as bright and vivid as other art by Leonid Afremov. There is a reason for that, because the theme of this artwork is quite sad.
