TILTED HALL OF MIRRORS presents a tilted hall lined with mirrors that warp arches and pillars into distorted reflections staged inside a grand interior whose structure seems to melt inside the glass. The composition is arranged to make solid architecture feel unstable, with edges that almost line up and then slide out of agreement. Spaces appear to overlap or fold, so that a single area can read as foreground in one glance and distant background in the next.
Working in an oil painting palette knife style, the artist describes every surface with cool metallic silvers, cool blues, and warm gold glints pressed and dragged across the canvas.
