During 2018 I have been employing a 3rd party logistical company in Mexico to handle my shipments. We have always been a small family business and were not looking into growing into a large company with many employees. Having a contract with a logistical company was much easier since they have all the needed infrastructure to handle a large amount of shipments.
Unfortunatly, this company in Mexico was not doing their job very good and had a lot of mistakes due to negligence and simply just not caring enough . They have sent some orders to clients they do not belong to, mixed up shipping labels and paintings. in some cases, they have sent recreations in place of originals and originals in place of recreations.
I have already stopped using the service of this logistical company . Now I hired quite an elaborate staff and handle all our shipments and logistics ourselves with a new system in a new office we just built. We still in the process of perfecting this new logistical process so I apologize upfront if some orders take longer than usual to process.
If you have issues with your order from 2018 please contact me and my team to resolve the issue not matter what it is. We will exchnage your painting, issue a refund, provide free replacment and work with you to achieve a solution you are happy with.
