The balloon ride is available when the weather permits. It is not allowed to do it in bad weather to avoid the risk of the accident. The person does not need any special equipment for that and should feel comfortable for this trip. As a rule, the flight takes an hour. However, you need to prepare for it and then return back that also takes time. Therefore you should have about three hours for all that. Small children are not allowed for balloon rides until he/she is 8 years old.
