Winter is coming

Among hundreds of Leonid Afremov’s landscapes and cityscapes there’s one special original painting called House. What is so special about this canvas you ask? Can you determine exactly what season is depicted in it? It seems that we see two seasons here: autumn and winter. The foreground is clear and has some green grass on the flowerbeds in front of the houses. In the foreground on the left we also see dark figures of leafless trees that don’t match the right side of the painting. The background seems to be blurry and painted with winter colors.
