We provide free shipping of stretched paintings only to USA , Canada and Mexico and up to size 30"x40" .
Shipping of larger size painting than 30"X40" stretched would require additional shipping fees. Please ask about the fees, they vary by size of painting and destination.
Shipping of stretched paintings outside North America requires additional shipping fees. The fee depends on the size of painting and country of destination. Australia has restrictions on importing wood, we recommend Australians not to select stretching. Please ask about the additional shipping fees for stretched paintings to your country.
Shipping of rolled paintings is fee regardless of the size We do not recommend having paintings shipped stretched to very cold places during the winter. Stretched canvas is sensitive to temperature changes. Moving a stretched painting from very cold to warm environment can create ripples on the canvas or twist the wood. In such case the painting would need to be re stretched. We recommend people who live in colder places of the USA , Canada and Europe not to select stretching during the winter. A painting shipped rolled in a tube is not sensitive to any outside factor.
The stretching fee of $25 must be paid per each painting you buy. If you do not purchase stretching, your painting will arrive rolled in a tube.
In order to apply the 25 registration credit for stretching, you must request it by email or afremov.com message board. If you do not request to use the registration credit for stretching, the painting will be sent rolled in a tube
all stretched paintings come with sides painted so they can be hung without a decorative frame.
we do not sell nor offer decorative frames. If we refer to the word frame, we refer to the frame used to mount the painting on the inside.

Shipping to USA, Canada and Mexico is Free. Shipping to Latin America Caribbean and west Europe is $40. Shipping to East Europe and Eastern Asia is $70. Shipping to South East Asia, China and Australia is $50. We can provide free international shipping by registered mail, but it can be slow.

We will ship the painting to any address you provide and can issue the certificate of authenticity to any name you want. We can send an anonymous gift, however we will provide the name of the purchaser if the recipient will request it.
You contact us and notify of the wrongly delivered painting. We will send you the correct painting as soon as possible and cover the return shipping of the incorrect painting. The images online are of the originally painted paintings, each recreation has little different details and palette knife stroke patterns. In listings of expensive original paintings, we post a picture in lower resolution of a recreation or a print in order to protect the image from theft and illegal printing
You have 7 days from the delivery date to return the painting for a refund or 14 days to return for an exchange or credit for future purchases. In case of exchange or return, you must cover all the shipping expanses. We will cover the return shipping only if you received a wrong item or damaged item. The refund will be sent back to your credit card or paypal. Shipping expenses are not refunded if shipping cost was paid. The canvas painting can become saggy overtime because of temperature changes and humidity. You can easily fix it by spraying water on the entire surface of the back of the painting. Use a spray container like Windex or hair water spray. If this does not work, you need to add additional tension to the canvas. For that you would need a pair of pliers and a heavy duty staple gun. You need to place the painting facing down on a table. Then you pull out with the pliers in the places between staples very hard with one hand and then put in the staple in the place you pull with the other hand
