SHIPPING IS FREE TO ANY PLACE IN THE WORLD

We use UPS, DHL ,EMS or registered mail for shipping around the world. The shipping method depends on the overall amount of the transaction, size and weight of package and country of destination. Usually we send small packages under 5kg by DHL and larger than 5kg by UPS.

Only Items that are marked as “Fast Shipping” are available immediate shipping. Other items must undergo certain preparations like varnishing and stretching before they can be shipped

You will receive an email from the shipping manager with all the details about your purchase within 2 days after your payment.

We guarantee delivery in 30 days or less from the payment date. If you need your purchase to be delivered by a certain date, you must let us know as soon as you made the purchase so we place your order on higher priority. Promotional or discounted sales are automaticlly given lower priority than full priced sales. If you purchased a painting based on a promotion , you would need to pay additional charges for high priority and expedited shipping. All the paintings priced $139 are already discounted.

If you need overnight shipping, it cost $35 to USA and Canada . 2 days shipping available to Central and South America for $40. 2 days shipping also available to West Europe for $45.

Customers from outside the NAFTA zone (USA, Canada and Mexico) might experience customs related delays and might need to pay import and custom taxes. Afremov.com is not responsible for any customs and import taxes, such taxes are the responsibility of the buyer/ receiver. Canadians still have to pay a certain brokerage fees and sales taxes which unrelated to NAFTA

notice to Buyers outside USA , Canada and Mexico: The declared value of the package will be the total payment amount minus the cost of transportation. The declaration statement will be “Online Sale” .

We can only ship to Russia only via EMS postal service. Russian customs permit UPS and DHL deliveries only to companies with business address. Private individuals in Russia allowed receive packages only by EMS. UPS in Russia can deliver only in Moscow and St. Petersburg areas. EMS shipping to Russia takes between 12 – 30 days from the shipping date.

All the paintings are very carefully and professionally packed. We guarantee 100% safe arrival of the product. If the painting breaks along the way, we will provide a replacement or your money back.

You will receive the tracking number as soon as the painting is shipped or couple days before shipping

We do not ship to PO boxes. The address you provide must be a physical location.

We have 2 shipping locations, one in Playa Del Carmen, Quintana Roo ,Mexico and the second in Boca Raton Florida. Leonid Afremov spends normally the winter and spring in Mexico and summers in Florida.

Our offices in Mexico and Florida are closed and not operational for all the Jewish holidays , Christmas and New Years. Packages do not get picked up during the following Jewish holidays Rosh ha Shana, Yom Kipur, Sukot, Simhat Tora , Hanuka, Purim, Passover and Shavuot as well as Chirtmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day. The Mexican office is also closed on September 16th (independce day), Constitution Day - February 6, The Birthday of Benito Juarez - March 19, Good Friday - April 6, Labor Day - May 1 and Mexican Revolution Day - November 19.

We provide free shipping of stretched paintings only to USA , Canada and Mexico and up to size 30"x40" .

Shipping of larger size painting than 30"X40" stretched would require additional shipping fees. Please ask about the fees, they vary by size of painting and destination.

Shipping of stretched paintings outside North America requires additional shipping fees. The fee depends on the size of painting and country of destination. Australia has restrictions on importing wood, we recommend Australians not to select stretching. Please ask about the additional shipping fees for stretched paintings to your country.

Shipping of rolled paintings is fee regardless of the size

Due to recent changes and restrictions in customs. We no longer ship to Argentina. The customs create a lot of problems and charge ridiculously high taxes. All previus orders from Argentina will be redirected to other addresses (if any) or canceled, the full payment will be refunded to buyer
